I choose to tune in.
I choose to listen.
I choose to hear.
I consciously decide to recognise, trust in, and learn the lessons gifted from my all-knowing self. I choose to witness the thoughts, I choose to feel the feelings, I choose to see the signs. When there Is sound, I stop. I bathe in its resonance, what is here for me? When there is heartfelt yearning, I listen. What is here for me? When I see or take physical action I do not turn a blind eye to the outcome, to the sensations in my body, to the emotion that arises and the subtle thoughts of guidance. What is here for me?
All that is revealed to me; from me; for me; Is guidance. Guidance home, to my heart; to my path of least resistance; to ultimate fulfilment; meaning; purpose; and to presence. To know who I truly am and who I truly am not. To know why I came here, to know why I chose to take the leap, and to risk the unknown. To take the journey Earthside, to make my mark of love and to guide others on their own journey home.

Suggested daily practice:
Each and every morning -
Wash your face
Brush your teeth
Drink a glass of water (filtered is preferable)
Take a comfortable seat (maybe put on a salt lamp, some soft music or light some incense if you like)
Take three deep belly breaths (Raja pranayama)
Have your affirmation written out before you and begin to silently repeat your it in your minds eye
When you feel ready, close you eyes and continue to repeat the affirmation
Feel what it feels like in your body to fully surrender to your affirmation
Notice these feelings, let yourself truly experience them
Say It. Feel It. Live It - continue for a minimum of 5 minutes and when you are ready begin your beautiful day!
