This is a one-hour online yoga class, designed for you to connect with your body, breath, quiet your mind and leave you feeling balanced overall. In this practice we will gently flow through a series of strength and balance postures (and a couple of stretches, maybe!), slowing down the transitions from asana to asana. Through using the breath to bring focus and presence to the moment we will cultivate strength and awareness in each posture, fostering safety while moving the energy in the body. This is suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced yogis! New to yoga? Don't worry, we all start somewhere and you'll be guided through each and every posture so that you feel safe and confident in your body while practicing. Been practicing for a while? Perhaps pick up a new tip on how to draw your awareness to the breath, align yourself in the postures, and more deeply cultivate inner strength, stability and connection. Join Paige on the mat for a practice which will leave you feeling relaxed, grounded and at the same time energised and ready to enjoy the rest of your day.
