This is a one-hour online yoga class, designed for you to safely release the tension in body, breath, mind and ultimately let go. Surrender to what is and feel your body do the same as we spend time in each asana focussing on the breath. The stretches in this class will be centred around floor based and/or standing postures... and maybe there will be a couple of balance and strength ones thrown into the mix (only a couple we promise!). This practice will help you to shift your energy, ground yourself and leave feeling balanced and ready to enjoy the remainder of your day. This class is suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced yogis! New to yoga? Don't worry, we all start somewhere and you'll be guided through each and every posture so that you feel safe and confident in your body while practicing. Been practicing for a while? Perhaps pick up a new tip on how to draw your awareness to the breath, align yourself in the postures, and more deeply cultivate inner strength, stability and connection. Join Paige on the mat for a practice which will leave you feeling relaxed, grounded and ready to step of the mat and into your day with peace of mind and joy.
