It is our mission to create and offer classes that empower you to feel safe and confident in your body while practicing yoga. The classes that we offer are designed for the absolute beginner to intermediate practitioner with verbal and physical instruction given to safely guide you through each and every technique and posture. Modifications and variations will be given for each level of practice or call of the moment. Our classes range from half an hour to one hour in length and include gentle slow flow practices with longer holds and an emphasis on the breath, as well as beautiful stretch & release offerings. All classes are solely livestreamed from our home studio.

Find your class and select 'Book Now' to head to checkout. All classes are able to be booked two weeks in advance. After booking, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation email with the link to attend the zoom class. You will also receive a reminder 24hr beforehand just to make sure you don't miss it. See you on the mat soon!
