It is our mission to create and offer classes that empower you to feel safe and confident in your body while practicing yoga.
The classes that we offer are designed for the absolute beginner to intermediate practitioner with verbal and physical instruction given to safely guide you through each and every technique and posture. Modifications and variations will be given for each level of practice or call of the moment.
Our classes range from half an hour to one hour in length and include gentle slow flow practices with longer holds and an emphasis on the breath, as well as our beautiful signature release & restore offerings PLUS... our weekly free community meditation group!
